On graduating from The Royal College Of Art with a Masters in Goldsmithing & Jewellery Design in 1989, Sophie set up her own business and also became part of "The New Renaissance" in 1990.
This multi-media and inter-disciplinary design group created spell binding installations, exhibitions, cutting edge window displays, phenomenal fashion shows & sensational events across the globe. Working with Harvey Nichols and Liberty in London, Henri Bendel in New York, Parco Gallery in Tokyo & Moschino in Milan. Work also extended to pop videos & album covers for George Michael, Bryan Ferry and Enya.
The design collaboration between fellow RCA graduates, Harvey Bertram Brown, Carolyn Corben and Felicity Jury Cramp continued until they split to concentrate on their individual careers.
